可溶性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)涂层在大型容器上的喷涂技术及防腐性能研究

摘要:腐蚀是化工行业设备的常见失效形式,其中一些设备常年120-250℃的温度下工作,这些设备往往在使用一段时间后会发生焊缝等部位的局部腐蚀,这就需要对使用了一段时间后发生局部腐蚀的部位进行焊接修复,然后进行表面局部防腐处理。如果这种局部防腐处理选择喷涂金属粉末,性价比较低且耐腐蚀性难以保证;如果喷涂常见的非金属涂料,如环氧树脂等,这类常见非金属涂料的耐腐蚀性能很好,但无法长时间在120-250℃的高温环境下正常工作。具有良好耐温性能的氟树脂(如PFA、PTFE等)涂料是一种很好的选择。然而现阶段氟树脂涂料的喷涂工艺研究均为针对室内、烘箱烧结(烧结为加热和保温过程的总称)条件下的,几乎没有人将氟树脂涂料用于大型容器的现场喷涂和烧结成膜,也没有相应的喷涂和烧结的相关工艺参数。

烘箱通常用于室内的涂层烧结,对氟树脂涂层的最大工作温度为500℃,烘箱内部温度均匀,但因容积有限,无法在现场修复时使用,因此具体的现场涂层烧结方法及工艺是研究的重点。如果采用电加热板,受现场施工条件的限制,容易造成温度分布不均匀,测量误差大。为满足实际工程需要,本课题研究了现场条件下的烧结方法、温度场分布规律,进而确定了适合施工现场的涂装工艺参数,并找到了适合于现场的涂层性能检测方法。具体内容和成果如下。

(1)细化和验证了本课题组所提出的实验室喷涂和烧结的工艺参数,优选了可以得到高性能涂层的喷涂和烧结参数。

(2)对涂层喷涂、烧结、测试等环节的具体方法、技术参数进行了探索与研究,最终得到了可以稳定获得高性能涂层的保温、测试方法、温度和时间参数。

(3)针对涂层性能展开了测试、分析,采用可用于现场涂层附着力的检测方法来测试涂层附着力,并通过盐雾试验检测了涂层的耐腐蚀性,通过应力腐蚀试验检测了涂层的防腐效果。结果表明,对大型容器、已经发生了局部腐蚀的在用容器,在室外施工现场喷涂PFA进行防腐,技术上是完全可行的,并可明显地使压力容器的使用寿命得以延长,推广此项技术可以获得良好的经济效益,本研究给出的喷涂方法及工艺,可以应用于现场大型在用容器的局部修复。

There are many serious corrosion equipmentsin the chemical industry, and they work at 120-250 C all year round. Theseequipments will be corroded locally in the weld seam and other parts after aperiod of time. This requires the repair of the parts which have been corrodedlocally after a period of time, and then the local corrosion protection of thesurface is carried out. Handle. If this kind of local anti-corrosion treatmentchooses spraying metal powder, the cost performance is relatively low and thecorrosion resistance is difficult to guarantee; if spraying common non-metalliccoatings, such as epoxy resin, the corrosion resistance of this kind of commonnon-metallic coatings is very good, but can not work normally for a long timein the high temperature environment of 120-250 degrees centigrade. Fluorocarbonresin (such as PFA, PTFE, etc.) with good temperature resistance is a goodchoice. However, at present, the fluororesin coating spraying technologyresearch is aimed at indoor and oven sintering (sintering is the general termfor heating and insulation process), few people use fluororesin coating forlarge containers in-situ spraying and sintering film, and there is nocorresponding spraying and sintering process parameters.

Oven is usually used for indoor coatingsintering. The maximum working temperature of fluororesin coating is 500 C, andthe temperature inside the oven is uniform. However, because of limited volume,the oven can not be used for on-site repair. Therefore, the specific on-sitecoating sintering method and technology is the focus of research. If theelectric heating plate is used, the temperature distribution is not uniform andthe measurement error is large because of the restriction of constructionconditions. In order to meet the needs of practical engineering, this paper studiesthe sintering method and temperature field distribution law under the fieldconditions, and then determines the coating process parameters suitable for theconstruction site, and finds the coating performance testing method suitablefor the field. The specific contents and achievements are as follows:

(1) The parameters of spraying andsintering in laboratory proposed by our group are refined and verified, and theparameters of spraying and sintering which can obtain high performance coatingsare optimized.

(2) The specific methods and technicalparameters of coating spraying, sintering and testing were explored andstudied. Finally, the thermal insulation, testing methods, temperature and timeparameters of high performance coating were obtained.

(3) Testing and analyzing the performanceof the coatings, using the method which can be used in the field to test theadhesion of the coatings, and testing the corrosion resistance of the coatingsby salt spray test, and testing the anti-corrosion effect of the coatings bystress corrosion test. The results show that it is technically feasible tospray PFA on large vessel and in-use vessel which has been partially corrodedin outdoor construction site for anti-corrosion, and the service life ofpressure vessel can be prolonged obviously. Good economic benefits can beobtained by popularizing this technology. The spraying method given in thisstudy is feasible. And the technology can be applied to the partial repair oflarge on-site containers.
