机油泵失效分析与故障排查策略研究

摘要:机油泵作为发动机润滑系统的核心,其可靠性的高低往往决定了整个发动机的寿命好坏。机油泵结构复杂,失效模式众多,且工作环境比较恶劣。传统的外啮合齿轮机油泵由于结构的特点,使得其在运行的时候往往有着不对称的径向力作用在转子齿轮的传动轴上,降低机油泵的可靠性。传统的机油泵故障检测手段,诸如:振动信号监测、油液检测,有着各自的优点也同时有着各自不可回避的缺点。

针对以上问题,本文进行了机油泵失效分析与故障排查策略研究。主要进行了以下研究工作:

首先,调查国内外有关机油泵失效分析的现状,详细的分析的机油泵诸多失效模式,利用故障树分析软件Free FTA对机油泵进行可靠性故障树分析,找到导致机油泵失效的最主要原因。

其次,再利用Inventor2015三维仿真软件对机油泵的径向力进行有限元分析,根据分析结果,使用数学方法推导出径向力的表达式,再使用计算机数学仿真软件Matlab2016b进行机油泵径向力的分析,并找到径向力大小与机油泵壳体相关参数的关系,结合数学仿真结果提出在不改变机油泵转子结构和方式的前提下,减小径向力的措施。

再其次,还对机油泵齿轮进行失效分析,总结了各种齿轮结构的失效原因以及故障特征,分析了齿轮振动特征参数及异常振动。研究了适用于机油泵的两种油液检测手段:磁塞检测、铁谱分析法。对于油样检测,油样是否具有代表性显得尤为重要,因此使用Fluent14.5在两种工况下对机油泵的内流场进行模拟和仿真,研究并找到能够提取具有代表性油样的位置。

最后,结合两种油样分析法和振动故障信号诊断提出一种多维故障排查策略,能够有效地提高故障排查的准确性,并降低机油泵失效的发生。

Oil pump is the core of the enginelubrication system. The reliability of the oil pump often determines theservice life of the entire engine. The oil pump has a complex structure, manyfailure modes, and a rather harsh working environment. Due to the structuralcharacteristics of the traditional external gear oil pump, it often hasasymmetrical radial force acting on the drive shaft of the rotor gear duringoperation, which greatly reduces the reliability of the oil pump. Traditionaloil pump fault detection methods, such as vibration signal monitoring and oil detection,have their own advantages and also have their own unavoidable shortcomings.

In view of the above problems, the paperstudies the oil pump failure analysis and troubleshooting strategies. Thefollowing research work was mainly as follow:

First, investigate the status of oil pumpfailure analysis domestic and abroad, analyze the oil pump failure modes indetail, and use the fault tree analysis software Free FTA to analyze thereliability fault tree of the oil pump to find the most important cause of oilpump failure.

Secondly, use the Inventor2015three-dimensional simulation software to perform finite element analysis on theradial force of the oil pump. Based on the analysis results, mathematicalexpressions are used to derive the radial force expression. Then, the computermathematical simulation software Matlab2016b is used to perform the radialforce of the oil pump. Analyze and find the relationship between the size ofthe radial force and the relevant parameters of the oil pump casing, combinedwith the mathematical simulation results proposed that without changing therotor structure of the oil pump, reduce radial force measures.

Thirdly, the failure analysis of the oilpump gear is also carried out, and the failure reasons and fault features ofvarious gear structures are summarized, and the characteristic parameters andabnormal vibration of the gear vibration is analyzed. Two oil detection methodssuitable for the oil pump are studied: magnetic plug detection and ferrographyanalysis. It is particularly important for oil samples to be tested whether ornot the oil sample is representative. Therefore, Fluent14.5 is used to simulateand simulate the internal flow field of the oil pump under both operatingconditions, and to find out where the representative oil sample can beextracted.

Finally, combined with two kinds of oilsample analysis and vibration fault signal diagnosis, a multidimensionaltroubleshooting strategy is proposed, which can effectively improve theaccuracy of fault investigation and reduce the occurrence of oil pump failure.
