地铁站火灾和人员疏散仿真模拟

摘要:地铁是铁路运输的一种形式,指在地下运行为主的城市轨道交通系统,因其交通运输上的便捷成为城市现代化程度的重要指标。但是地铁站结构的复杂,其事故灾害的严重性成为各个城市的心头之患,这引起众多专家学者进行讨论研究。地铁站客流量大,地下建筑结构相对封闭,能见度差,地铁站内的气流组织很大程度上依赖于通风井和出入口进行,且站内可燃物多,易产生有毒烟气。以上这些因素导致地铁火灾事故后果严重,人员安全疏散难度大。

本文主要研究地下三层岛式地铁站的火灾烟气流动和人员疏散,主要内容有:应用BIM技术中的Revit软件构建地铁站模型,利用BIM与仿真模拟软件的耦合性,论述将建筑设计与消防模拟相结合的可行性及优势;将构筑模型应用于FDS研究火灾烟气的蔓延规律,设计通风与防排烟系统,在不同火灾模拟场景下研究设计通风与防排烟系统是否满足火场温度、烟气层温度、CO浓度等安全性能指标;将FDS模拟的相关结果切片导入Pathfinder,分析人员在火灾发生后疏散情况,并通过计算对比理论上的人员疏散时间,提出合理的建议等;

本文研究成果:

(1)Revit建模导入Pyrosim中进行火灾模拟是可行的,并且结果与直接在Pyrosim中建模没有差别;Revit建模导入Pathfinder可行,但是有缺陷,即整块的模型在读取时候漏读,导致最终模型变为碎片式,需要重新进行补充和描绘;

(2)该站的机械通风设置,能有效控制烟气,避免烟气扩散到中间设备管理层和站厅层。人员一旦逃离站台层,即可以认为人员已经到达安全区域;

(3)该地铁站主要逃生楼梯,特别是双向步行楼梯的建筑设计不符合地铁设计规范,应进行修正。且双向步行楼梯宽度不足,人员疏散时间过长,应该增加。根据《地铁设计防火标准》(GB51298-2018)5.1.12中规定,步行楼梯的宽度应符合一般情况下双向楼梯2.4m的要求。故应该将原本2m的双向步行楼梯最低拓宽至2.4m。

(4)在该火灾场景下,烟气的温度和CO浓度都符合人体的耐受极限,即对于人员疏散不构成威胁,但是在能见度方面,该站的烟气扩散能力有限,能见度降低过快成为阻碍人员逃生的主要因素;建议增加挡烟垂壁高度以及站台层排烟风量,延缓主要逃生楼梯能见度降低速度;

(5)站厅层主要逃生出口除1号出口外,其他2号和3号出口距离闸机口较远,利用率较低,出口1基本可以满足现有人员荷载的疏散需求。

The subway is a form of railway transportation. It refers to the urban rail transit system, which is mainly operated underground. Because of its convenient transportation, it has become an important indicator of urban modernization. However, the complexity of the subway station structure and the severity of its accidents have become the heart of every city, which has led to discussions and research by many experts and scholars.

The subway station has a large passenger flow, the underground building structure is relatively closed, and the visibility is poor. The airflow organization in the subway station is largely dependent on the ventilation shaft or the entrance and exit, and there are many combustible materials in the station, which is easy to produce toxic fumes. These factors lead to serious consequences of subway fire accidents, and it is difficult for personnel to evacuate safely.

This paper mainly studies the fire smoke flow and evacuation of three-story island subway station. There the main contents: using the Revit software in BIM technology to construct the subway station model, using the coupling of BIM and simulation software to discuss the combination of architectural design and fire simulation.And prove the feasibility and advantages of this way; the construction model is applied to FDS to study the spread law of fire smoke, design ventilation and smoke control system, and study whether the design ventilation and smoke control system meets standards under different fire simulation scenarios. Safety performance indicators such as CO concentration; the relevant results of the FDS simulation are imported into Pathfinder, which is used to analysis crowd evacuation after the fire occurs, and make reasonable suggestions by comparing the theoretical evacuation time of the personnel;

The research results of this paper:

(1) It is feasible to use the model which built by Revit, and the results are no different from modeling directly in Pyrosim; Revit modeling is possible to import Pathfinder, but there is a defect, that is, the whole block model is missed during reading, causing the final model to become fragmented and need to be replenished and portrayed;

(2) The mechanical ventilation setting of the station can effectively control the flue gas and prevent the smoke from spreading to the management layer of the intermediate equipment and the station floor. Once a person flees the platform, they can think that the person has reached the safe area;

(3) The main escape stairs of the subway station, especially the two-way walking staircase, are not in conformity with the subway design specifications and should be amended. And the width of the two-way walking stairs is insufficient, and the evacuation time of personnel is too long and should be increased. According to the provisions of 5.1.12 of the "Code for Fire Protection in Metro Design" (GB51298-2018), the width of the walking stairs should meet the requirements of 2.4m for two-way stairs under normal conditions. Therefore, the original 2m two-way walking stairs should be widened to a minimum of 2.4m.

(4) In the fire scene, the temperature and CO concentration of the flue gas are in line with the tolerance limit of the human body, that is, it does not pose a threat to personnel evacuation, but in terms of visibility, the flue gas diffusion capacity of the station is limited. The reduction of visibility is too fast to become a major factor hindering the escape of personnel; it is recommended to increase the height of the vertical wall of the smoke block and delay the reduction of the visibility of the main escape stairs;

(5) The main escape exits of the station hall are not only the No. 1 exit, but the other No. 2 and No. 3 exits are far from the gate, and the utilization rate is low. The exit 1 can basically meet the evacuation requirements of the existing personnel load.
