超声波气体流量计整流器技术研究

摘要:超声波气体流量计具有对气体流体无阻力、无压力损失、受流体物理性质影响较小等优势,因而在天然气、石油气和煤气测量方面有着非常广泛的应用。实际应用过程中由于弯头、阀门、接头等影响,气体流体的流速是非常不均匀的,因此需要在流量计前面加长直管。而这些长直管在工业实际应用中又会有很大局限性,在现场安装时候经常会出现空间不足,长度不满足要求等问题。在工业实际应用中调节阀门会与气体流量计一起使用,而调节阀门会在工作过程中产生高频的噪声,针对这些噪声,目前的技术无法根本消除噪声的影响,这样会严重影响超声波气体流量计的测量精度。

本文就是为了解决上述的技术问题,设计了一种具有降噪与整流功能的超声波气体流量计降噪整流装置。

1)这种新型的可以降噪整流的超声波气体流量器降噪整流装置,主要包括壳体和整流单元。壳体里面主要由降噪单元、缓冲气缸和整流单元三部分组成,由于是一体化的设计,因此可以克服噪声干扰和流场扰动对于超声波气体流量计测量精度的影响。而且把降噪功能与整流功能结合在一起,这样的一体化结构设计克服了分离式结构占用空间大及安装复杂的困难,可以有效的缩短直管的长度和噪声的影响。明显优于分离式的结构,具有节约空间与搬运方便的优点。

2)降噪单元主要包括前挡板、挡圈和后挡板三部分,前置挡板为半球形结构,直径为7cm,且挡板与挡圈之间预留适当的缓冲空间,这样更容易让紊乱的气体流体通过,而且不会形成第二次流场扰动。前后两部分挡板串联起来,降噪单元的挡板直径大于挡圈直径, 挡圈设在两块挡板中间,起到隔离的作用, 挡圈直径为6cm,而且在挡板与挡圈之间预留合理缓冲空间让气体流体通过,从而达到吸收隔离消除噪声的作用。

3)整流单元包括一级整流管束与二级整流管束,两级整流管束都是圆孔结构,圆孔结构为主孔与隙孔交叉分布方式,一级整流管束的圆孔为主孔3mm,隙孔3mm结构。二级整流管束的圆孔为主孔3.5mm、隙孔3.2mm结构。不仅圆孔结构大小与排布不相同,而且圆孔尺寸与整流管束长度也不相同。一级整流管束长度为20mm,二级整流管束的长度为40mm。一级整流管束与二级整流管束串联起来,并且在一级整流管束与二级整流管束之间有一段缓冲空间,圆孔结构的整流管束便于加工而且有利于气体流体的通过,而预留的缓冲空间可以对流体进行补偿,经过两次整流后气体流速平稳,增加测量的精确度,这样可以使出口处的气体流速不均匀性降低至0.87。

Ultrasonic gas flowmeter has the advantagesof no resistance, no pressure loss and little influence by the physicalproperties of the fluid, so it is widely used in the measurement of naturalgas, LPG and gas. In practical application, due to the influence of elbow,valve and joint, the velocity of gas and fluid is very uneven, so it isnecessary to lengthen the straight pipe in front of the flowmeter. However,these long straight pipes will have great limitations in the practicalapplication of industry. In the field installation, problems such asinsufficient space and unsatisfactory length often occur. In the practicalapplication of industry, the regulating valve will be used together with thegas flow meter, and the regulating valve will produce high-frequency noise inthe working process. In view of these noises, the current technology cannotfundamentally eliminate the impact of noise, which will seriously affect themeasurement accuracy of the ultrasonic gas flow meter.

In order to solve the above technicalproblems, this paper designs a noise reduction and rectification device ofultrasonic gas flowmeter with the function of noise reduction and rectification:

1)this new type of ultrasonic gas flowmeter can reduce noise and rectify the device, including the housing andrectifier unit. The shell is mainly composed of noise reduction unit, buffercylinder and rectifier unit. As it is an integrated design, it can overcome theinfluence of noise interference and flow field disturbance on the measurementaccuracy of ultrasonic gas flowmeter. And the noise reduction function andrectifier function together, such an integrated structure design to overcomethe separation structure occupied large space and complex installationdifficulties, can effectively shorten the length of the straight pipe and theimpact of noise. The utility model is obviously superior to the separatedstructure and has the advantages of saving space and convenient handling.

2) the noise reduction unit mainly consistsof the front baffle, baffle ring and rear baffle plate. The front baffle plateis a hemispherical structure with a diameter of 7cm, and appropriate bufferspace is reserved between the baffle plate and baffle ring, so that it iseasier for turbulent gas and fluid to pass through, and the second flow fielddisturbance is not formed. The baffle plate diameter of the noise reductionunit is larger than that of the baffle ring. The baffle ring is set in themiddle of the two baffles to play the role of isolation. The baffle ringdiameter is 6cm.

3) the rectifier unit consists of afirst-stage rectifier tube bundle and a second-stage rectifier tube bundle. Thetwo-stage rectifier tube bundles are of round-hole structure, with thecross-distribution mode of the round-hole structure as the main hole and thegap hole. The first-stage rectifier tube bundle has a round hole of 3mm as themain hole and a gap hole of 3mm as the main hole. The round hole of thesecondary rectifier tube bundle is mainly 3.5mm in diameter and 3.2mm indiameter. Not only the size of round hole structure and arrangement are different,but also the size of round hole and the length of rectifier tube bundle aredifferent. The length of the primary rectifier tube bundle is 20mm and that ofthe secondary rectifier tube bundle is 40mm. Primary rectifier tube bundle andsecondary rectifier tube bundle together, and in the level of rectifier has abuffer between discipline with secondary rectification for space, the roundhole of the structure of the rectifier tube bundle to facilitate processing andis advantageous to the gas flow through, and the reserved buffer space cancompensate for fluid, after two rectifier gas flow is smooth, increase theaccuracy of the measurement, so we can make the gas velocity at the exit is notuniformity reduce to 0.87.
