ZQF216-110型铁钻工冲扣钳的结构分析与优化设计

摘要:铁钻工(Iron Roughneck)是石油井口自动机械化设备,是液压混合动力大钳的升级产品,可以便捷地完成钻具的冲卸扣和旋紧扣等动作。目前,国内铁钻工的研制开发才刚刚起步,正朝着性能优越的方向发展,根据国内石油钻井的需求研制开发出性能优越的铁钻工产品有着重大的意义。

本文主要对ZQF216-110型铁钻工钳体部分的冲扣钳进行结构优化方面的研究。首先,通过对国内外铁钻工的发展现状的研究,分析国内外铁钻工的特点,论述了当前铁钻工的进展和发展方向。在研究铁钻工冲扣钳的原理及结构的基础上,根据项目要求,对冲扣钳机械结构以及液压系统进行设计分析。基于Solidworks三维建模软件对冲扣钳壳体重要组成板件进行参数化建模,并建立了能反应壳体重要零件结构优化设计的数学模型,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对冲扣钳壳体进行了轻量化设计,并对零件厚度尺寸进行了敏感度分析。通过轻量化设计,在满足工作条件及强度和刚度要求下自重相对减小11.2%。

针对铁钻工冲扣钳牙板齿在上卸扣过程中出现的崩齿和磨损现象,基于ANSYSWorkbench有限元软件,对牙板齿接触钻杆时的极限静态工作状态进行弹塑性分析,根据应力线性化原理分析了牙板齿与钻杆接触部位的应力,并进行了分类识别与评定。再以牙板齿关键参数作为研究对象,结合加工能力进行两次正交试验确定不同的优化方案。利用压力胶片测得了牙板齿与钻杆的接触应力,通过拟合数据得到施加压力与牙板齿所受最大应力的线性曲线,验证了优化方案和有限元分析结果的合理性。评定方法和结果为冲扣钳上卸扣装置的牙板齿参数的确定提供了依据,试验方法对同种类型设备的应力测试分析提供了新途径。

通过对铁钻工冲扣钳在作业过程的需求以及问题分析,本文主要对冲扣钳液压系统的设计和冲扣钳壳体的轻量化设计;同时对牙板齿参数进行了优化设计,并提供了一种测量牙板齿与钻杆接触压力的方法以及标定压力胶片的方法,验证了优化结果的合理性,对保证冲扣钳安全、可靠、有效地工作具有重要的工程意义。

Iron Roughneck is a wellhead mechanizedequipment for automatic production of oil drilling, and is a new generation ofhydraulic hybrid tongs. Iron Roughneck can easily complete the actions of thedrilling tool's punching buckle and screwing buckle. At present, the researchand development of domestic Iron Roughneck has only just begun. It is moving inthe direction of superior performance. Iron Roughneck in foreign countries areexpensive, which greatly limits the use of foreign advanced Iron Roughneck inChina's oil drilling production. Therefore, it is of great significance todevelop Iron Roughneck with superior performance according to the domesticdemand for oil drilling.

This paper mainly studies the structuraloptimization of the punch clamp of the ZQF216-110 Iron Roughneck. First of all,through the research and analyzed on the development status of Iron Roughneckat home and abroad, the current progress and development direction of IronRoughneck are discussed. Based on the study of the principle and structure ofthe Iron Roughneck, the mechanical structure and hydraulic system of the punchclamp are designed and analyzed according to the requirements of the project.The important components of the punch clamp shell are parametrically modeled byusing Solidworks, and the structural optimization mathematical model of the importantparts of the shell is established. The weigh of the shell of the punch clampare reduced by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software. Sensitivity andthickness of part dimensions was analyzed. A relative reduction of 11.2% inweight was achieved when the work requirements and strength and stiffness weremet.

Aiming at the avalanche and wear phenomenaof the Iron Roughneck during the process of screwing and unbuckling, the ANSYSWorkbench finite element software is used to perform the elastoplastic analysisof the limit static state when the teeth of the dental plate contact the drillpipe. The stress linearization principle analyzes the stress at the contactarea between the teeth of the dental plate and the drill pipe, and carries outthe classification identification and evaluation. Then the key parameters ofthe dental plate teeth as the research object, combined with the processingcapacity of two orthogonal tests to determine the different optimizationprograms. The contact stress of tooth plate tooth and drill pipe was measuredby pressure film. The linear curve of applied pressure and the maximum stressof tooth plate teeth was obtained by fitting the data, and the rationality ofthe optimized scheme and finite element analysis results was verified. Theassessment method and result provide the basis for determining the parametersof the dental plate teeth on the shackle device, and the test method provides anew approach for the stress testing and analysis of the same type of equipment.

Based on the analysis of the requirementsand problems of the iron driller's punching pliers in the working process, thispaper focuses on the lightweight design of the punch clamp. At the same time,the parameters of the tooth plate teeth are optimized, and a pressure film testis invented. The method of contacting the pressure between the dental plateteeth and the drill pipe and the method and device for calibrating the pressurefilm are tested and analyzed before and after optimizing the teeth of the dentalplate. The rationality of the optimization result is verified, and theguarantee of the safer, it was provided reliable and effective work for punchclamp.
